Alaric (Nicholas Coster)
Deputy Minister of Lozeria, reporting directly to the Satrap. Alaric controlled Jorex Leet's disharmonizer, a device implanted in all Lozerian Alphas, which controlled the subcellular atomic bonds in his brain. The Lozerians used Leet as a symbol in their political struggles. Alaric had a fondness for women, and used the chemosteroid, Exos, to persuade the women he pursued.

Alicia (Katherine Wiberg)
Young deaf mute slave to Roxanne Trent and Commander Corliss on Necrosis 4. Alicia dreamed of reuniting with her parents on Earth after her 5 year absence. After the destruction of the base on Necrosis 4 in which she escaped, Buck Rogers tracked down her parents and they were reunited.

Alphie (Bob Elyea)
Inhabitant of Iris 7 and the unfortunate friend of the Hag. Alphie was mistaken for the missing golden man, Relkos, when he was seen through a window from the street. The Hag was painting him gold to turn in and collect the reward.

Amos Armat (Cesar Romero)
Alleged businessman dealing in moonbase construction. Actual activities include smuggling illegal weapons to warring colonies, extortion and slave trafficking. Armat's daughter, Falina Redding, was kidnapped by Morgan Velosi. Armat's business dealings put him into direct competition with Velosi. It is thought that Armat has sold Hatchet Fighters to the Draconians. Velosi surrendered to the authorities when Buck Rogers and Marla Landers rescued Falina.

General Artheim
Presiding officer at the hearing to determine if the video evidence obtained is sufficient in convicting Buck Rogers of high treason, a crime punishable by death. Artheim allows Rogers significant use of the Optical Engram Imager (OEI) or memory probe in his attempt to prove his innocence. The OEI, however, seems to provide even more evidence to the contrary.

Astaria (Devon Ericson)
Dorian woman who came aboard the Searcher seeking refuge from Dorian authorities. She was being sought by Koldar for the murder of his son, Chozan. Astaria claimed that she was innocent, but once she was discovered by the other passengers, she was forced off the ship and into Koldar's hands.
